Circuit and Chancery Clerk Offices
Chickasaw County has two county seats, Houston and Okolona, so the clerk who holds your file may sit in either one. The Circuit Clerk keeps felony and circuit civil case files, marriage licenses, and election records. The Chancery Clerk keeps divorce, probate, guardianship, and land records.
